Automated Ticketing Data Capture

Trincome Accounting and Back Office Solution facilitates automated data capture of issued tickets from GDS, US Bangla, NOVO Air, Third Party Galileo by View Trip and Air Arabia. The user of Trincome can generate invoices for those tickets. The user can generate invoices for other LCC tickets manually.

  • Capture ticket data and generate invoices for all GDS tickets.
  • Capture data and generate invoices for US Bangla tickets.
  • Capture data and generate invoices for NOVO Air tickets.
  • Third party Galileo tickets are available for invoicing.

Invoice Management

Trincome Accounting and Back Office Solution uses several modules to perform assigned tasks. The Invoice Management module is used to create, edit and keep track of various invoices. Many features are available within this module.

Invoiced Ticket: To manually generate invoices this module has three options:

  • Group Invoice;
  • Reissue Invoice; and
  • New Invoice.

The user can also create new invoice or edit existing ones.

  • Refund Ticket: The user can create invoices for refunded tickets.
  • Voided Ticket: The user can create invoices for voided tickets.
  • Incomplete Invoices: When all the tickets under same PNR are not invoiced, those uninvoiced tickets are stored here for invoicing.

The user can also generate invoices of following types:

  • Visa Invoices
  • Package Invoices
  • Hotel Invoices
  • Other Invoices
